Action Cam for Cycling

Hi, 

Can anyone suggest a good action camera to record while riding and click pictures. 

Something that is not as expensive as GoPro or the Garmin, but would give good value for money experience. 

I have seen these cams available online. I would prefer to check it out for real before buying them.

Can anyone suggest any stores in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai that would house them, so could check them in person.
