Any MTB with both front and rear suspension costing less than 80,000 rupees will be a crap. And if it has a rear suspension without front suspension, trust me , the company does not know a thing about MTBs.

Ask yourself why you want a rear suspension. Are you going to climb mountains ?
I think that a bit exaggerated !!!
Well, a good rear-suspension alone starts from 20K
If you are considering Hardtail MTB, check out the Schwinn Frontier, It will cost you Rs. 12000. It was put up on display at the Mumbai Cyclothon BSA/Hercules stall. There were 2 models Sporterra and Frontier one of them is equipped with Shimano Acera. It is a steal at such a low price because you wont get Shimano Acera on any other bike priced at 12K. i'm not sure whether you will get it at the same price now. I think it was a discounted price for the expo.
yes you will get "shwinn frontier sport" below that price... I bought one 2 weeks ago for Rs 10500...
turned out a really good deal for me... only because the dealer was selling it for the first time and wasnt sure about the price....
any dealer where i can find shwinn frontier in mumbai
Schwinn Sporterra is a Hybrid while Schwinn frontier is MTB.
ok now buying the shwinn frontier is for sure but confused between shwinn frontier sport and Frontier GSD.any clue on which one to buy.
yes im going to do some downhill biking..
increase ur budget by abt 5k n go for trek.....
