Huh? Firefox why would you do that? Why give a cricket bat as a promo instead of a cycling related product as your Brand's promo??

Imagine... A cricket bat making company giving out a cycle bell as a promo for itself!! Does that not erode it's brand value?

What are the firefox marketing guys thinking?

Thnx Dr. Upadhya for bringing this to light. Think firefox needs to hear it from us else it'll just fall by the side.

Premium segment bicycle maker Firefox Bikes today said the company, in collaboration with Viacom 18, will unveil four co-branded ""Firefox MTV Adventure Bikes"" at the upcoming Delhi Auto Expo.
Apart from launching the new range, the company will also be showcasing new product line including bike lubricants, puncture kits during the Auto Expo, it said in a statement.
"During the Auto Expo 12 Firefox Bikes would unveil four models of the co-branded Firefox MTV Adventure Bikes. In the near future, Firefox is all geared up to create and unveil MTV branded accessories," Firefox Bikes Managing Director Shiv Inder Singh said.

With an aim at providing complete biking solutions under one roof to its customers, Firefox Bikes recently tied up with several international brands to widen its spectrum of products.

The brands include SRAM of Taiwan for high-end bicycle components and Finish Line of the US for special bicycle lubricants. Firefox Bikes is the exclusive distributor for these brands in India.

Commenting on the tie up Viacom 18 Sr Vice President- Consumer Products Sandeep Dahiya said, "The launch of MTV adventure bikes also marks the beginning of extending MTV licensed products in unconventional categories and 2012 is going to see more and more of that."

I own Firefox Road Runner (21 Speed). I want to change standard front crankshaft from 48 tooths size to larger size to 53/55 or if available 60 size set.

Can anyone help me with this. I purchased my bike from Kohinoor cycle shop Bandra.

I require this urgently as On my long road trips I find myself wanting higher gear.

FIREFOX NEEDS A BIKE GURU. IS IT YOU? We need a tech/marketing advocate for our Trek brand of bikes. This requires strong technical experience and expertise - you need to lead and conduct technical workshops (you'll be trained at Trek USA). You will also be a part of our marketing team (includes communications, PR, outreach programs, events). Please send us your resume(, with a short note on why you're the best candidate. For more details, contact Mr. Ajit Gandhi at +91 9810529291.

Thanx for the info, I will wait for the disc version in december
Comment by Firefox Bikes on August 10, 2011 at 10:59am

Thanks Vivek for writing here.

We will get Trek 3700 Disc in Dec. 2011. See if you can wait. As we don't encourage up-gradation of bikes. It void the standard warranty of the bike & may cause the dis-functioning too.

On the other hand if you wish to upgrade the bike in disc version, check the compatibility of frame, fork, both hubs etc.  So if you are looking for disc brake, go for factory fitted disc brake version bikes.

You can go for Trek 4300 D, 6000D & other lots of option are available with us.
