I am interested if there has been a review of folding bikes in India. The reason is that road conditions in India are generally rough, and folding bikes are less robust that normal bikes. As buyers we need to know which bikes can stand up to the conditions, with tough components at points where bikes are folded, etc.
A second area of analysis is that imported folding bikes are expensive, but as far as I know there are no benchmarks or independent reviews of Indian folding bikes to see if they are as strong as the imported ones.
Wise advice and comments welcome....
HAVE U RIDDEN THE OLD RALEIGH TWENTY
I ASSUME NO FOLDING BICYCLE CAN MATCH THE DESIGN HAS IT DOES NOT USE HINGE TO FOLD.
CORRECT ME IF I HAVE GOT IT WRONG
I have Firefox Compak. I have been riding this for almost three years now.
This model has proved itself to be tough enough for Indian roads.
With a routine service in every six months, this is a very good ride.
This is a good endorsement. Did you buy it Delhi?
No. I am from from Mumbai, and I bought it in Mumbai.
