Hello guys, I have just moved to Powai last week and looking to do some serious cycling with fellow cyclists. Stay at Nahar Amrit Shakti. If anyone around this area please pm me on a_vibhakar@yahoo.com. look forward to cycling tom early morning but not sure what direction to head. Any suggestions welcome as I am new to Mumbai.

Hey cyclists, I am Chirag from Jaipur, currently studying in Christ University, Bangalore. I will be touring in April from Bangalore to Jaipur (!6 days, 2500km). I will reach Powai - Mumbai on April 19th, 2013.
I need to know if there is a bicycle shop in the locality, where I can get a quick check of the bike and seek some help, if required. It would be great if you can join me for some distance the next morning, when I start from Powai towards Vapi(162KM). Looking forward to see you guys. Cheers !!

Reaching out for the first time on this group.

I usually ride along the EE Highway.

But Powai sure aint far.

Do drop a line if some of you frequent this trail.

"As you know, I've been wanting to learn cycling since several years and am finally determined to make it happen this time. The couple of times that I have tried it I couldn't continue since my friend who was teaching (!) me moved cities and also, we couldn't really find a calm street or an open ground where I could ride. The Kalidas ground in Mulund (West) was great, but they told us they don't allow people to ride inside!

Can you please ask around for names of buildings/grounds in Mulund (West) where one could ride? Also, if someone wants to rent/lend me their cycle for a week or so, I might want to use it."

Hey Guys, I am thinking of buying either Firefox RoadRunner 21 speed or RockRider 5.0. Which one you think I should go with? Or please tell me if you have a better option. My budget is around 12k. Thanks :)
