Hi Jitendra ! Good to see regular morning rides in Bandra. I'm doing our regular Worli ride with Ravi tomorrow, but will join you one of these days. The hill climbs of Mount Mary and Pali Hill make for a good ride
yeah closeto that time, finish by 7 am, we will meet the juhu lokhandwals guys when they hit Bandra...

I have worked on our African trip from Cairo to Cape Town since 2005.. mostly as photographer/web writer/supporting the crew and clients... and have seen much of the route. Being African myself, I am probably biased, but I think it's the most awesome ride on the planet :) The sheer diversity of travelling through 10 African countries makes every day of it an incredible adventure. There is no doubt about it that's is challenging... average daily distance is around 110 km's...for 100 days if you do the whole thing... but many of the riders do a section or sections if they can't take four months out to do the whole thing. Great challenge brings huge reward... so for many of the riders it's a life changing experience...and many of them make a difference through using the ride to raise funds for particular causes. Over the past 7 years, over $1 million has been raised for various causes around the world.. with a fair chunk of that money being invested in various projects in Africa... so that's way cool. Hope this helps somewhat? Let me know if you have any other thoughts or questions.
