Did a cycling trip from Khopoli - Pali - Tamhini - near Sahara city - INS Shivaji - Lonavala - Khopoli on 13-14th Aug. This trip was perhaps the best we hv done riding a byc! Myself, Lalitesh & Prasad.We got good taste of rains, hills, ample waterfalls, ghats climb, rough to bestroads, the downhills, the most remote places, wilderness as well asthe stay during the night!Worth doing repeat some time later!See More

Breath Taking Tamhini Ride

Did a cycling trip from Khopoli - Pali - Tamhini - near Sahara city - INS Shivaji - Lonavala - Khopoli on 13-14th Aug. This trip was perhaps the best we hv done riding a byc! Myself, Lalitesh & Prasad.
We got good taste of rains, hills, ample waterfalls, ghats climb, rough to best
roads, the downhills, the most remote places, wilderness as well as
the stay during the night!
Worth doing repeat some time later!

Looking out for the Lockring Tool (FR-5, which is splined ~24mm dia) for opening the cassette & a good quality lube grease for repacking the hub. I have Cannondale F8 which uses the Formula DC22 for rear hub. Any idea where can I buy this for sure???

Did the Tour de Bhor(Khandala ghats) last month

6 Bhramanti cyclists scaled the Bhor ghats successfully on bicycles on 3rd July 2010. More popularly known as Khandala ghat, its a challenge even for many motor bikes to climb the ghats on the old Pune highway!

It was more of endurance activity climbing one of the steepest ghats using the old highway! We did 85 kms that day starting from Bhivpuri to Lonaval & back to Karjat. Quite a fulfilling ride...Look forward for some few more this season.

Looking out for Mud flaps for my Cannondale F8

Where could I buy them from? Should sufficiently cover the wheels to prevent mud from being carried & thrown up over the back.
