Hi Kumash, Glad to read U R a cyclist too. Cycling is the best excercise for our Body. Now about your back pain. I will suggest that you take your cycle and ride SLOWLY on smooth roads, avoid bumpy roads, initially u may feel the pain. But you will get over it and WILL get over it. The peddling helps movements of our tight muscles and the back ache will also heal. I also used to apply a little of Gano Massage oil before cycling and I am fit now.
