Rajesh - Indeed a nice article, very exciting to read. I was trying to put in my comments but was unfortunate..it said, I was spamming :-) There is no denial of fact of much mismanaged it was but I would still like to focus on positives, I felt goo…

I almost read the title as 'How to mess up a country'. One needs to be a die hard optimist to believe that things will ever change for better in this country. Mismanaging a cycling event, behavior of some of cyclists is all but few symptoms. Larger…

well written. pathetic organization, to say the least. When the powers that be have deaf ears, blind eyes, motor mouths, and slimy hands, it would be a crime to expect any better.

Hi, This is a trail in the buffer zone, but isnt open to others normally. They are normally not very forthcoming with permissions for this is elephant territory and Rajaji's elephants are quite ill-tempered. This trail was about 40 Kms long though a…

Last long ride of the Winter season

100+ Km ride in just over an hour, most of it off road, including a stretch through a valley of thorns. 40 plus riders. Hope the puncture retardant gel holds and riders are good enough to do the killer Damdama-Manger climb towards the end :) Will post details once the ride's over!

GPS track of a ride involving a crazy downhill

GPS track of yesterday's ride on the Aravalis around Gurgaon that included an absolutely crazy downhill on a gravelly track from the Dargah near Pathways school. The track is along a newly laid pipeline for Reliance. This section will form the second part of the century ride that Pedalyatris have organised on February 7, 2010.
