Hi Sudhir, thanks for the suggestions, I made contact with Firefox at powai and the technician there was very honest that he had not done this kind of a job however he said given the opportunity he would try. So I decided to sit with him and work together. We opened up the dérailleur body and found the spring had been disc located from its holding position and a small Pratt within which holds the spindle bracket in place was missing. With a little ingenuity we managed to cut a small piece of a wheel spoke and used it to fix the problem after 2 hours and I am back on my bike again. So le me know what plans for next Sunday. Can meet you at the turn off onto the eastern express highway when coming from jvlr at 6.15am. Let me know. Thanks once again. Best, Amish
