Pedal-Pushing CEOs conquer Khardung La

A group of 10 CEOs- all past 40 years, completed the 550 km expedition from Manali right up to Khardung La scuccessfully, recently.  The ride up to 18,500 ft was tough, but a life changer.

Two common types of injuries in Cycling

Cycling is a kind of physical activity in which moving or stationary body parts receive no impact as such. In cycling, injuries caused by same (kind of) movements in repetition are relatively lower while comparing to other sport or physical activities especially like running and paying football. Cycling to freedom at this meet

The employees of Tata Consultancy Services  (TCS) took a breather by organizing a short bicycling event.  Ride For Freedom of about 35 kms in the city recently.  This ride witnessed participation from around 120 people who actually felt the freedom from stress, responsibilities and the everyday chaotic lives.  The TCS  Cycling Club along with the help of Giant Starkenn Bicycles took up this responsibility to create an opportunity for the staff to interact with each other and spend a morning…
