hi rajesh
its really sad to knw tht ur 4300 stolen.....it makes u feel like hang those creatures asap. anywayz F7 review is ...as perlooks its really far better than 4300......i feel, kenda tires n tubes r really worthy, SRAM shifters a working really smooth ......i do a lot of cycling like 50Kms a day n thts also 5 days a week.......i dont feel much of problem with anythng, many people complain about the saddle as its very hard but i read a lot n asked many foreign cyclist using F7...they said hard saddles r better n dont give any back pain. at first u will feel a lot pain in ur bum for a week or so but afta tht i bet u wont feel any pain .......i did a 120 Kms cycling in 9 hours in a day n i really didnt feel much pain in the bum......so its justa lil practice, one thing i wanna say tht fixing a carrier is difficult ....am going Sikkim on 30th Sep so i need to fix a carrier in my F7 n its a lil difficult due to the Disc brake mounts but not a big deal also many people r using it.......another thing is most of the people feel F7 has got betta geometry than 4300........

last word is suno sabki karo apni.......u have already rode 4300 so why not F7 this time......

i bought it from rajesh a dealer from noida.....he gives u quite cheap n reasonable price....i got it in 24.5K .....u r in mumbai so contact Kapil bhatia he bought it in the same price......he got it from a dealer in mumbai....find him in my frnd list....he is a very nice guy n surely help u to buy.........i wont be able to log in for next 2 weeks i guess coz am leaving for Sikkim......
regards JOY

Hi Rajesh,

I bought this bike about two months back from Jalarams, S V Road, Goregaon. The total damage was Rs27,000/- after some hard bargaining , this guy gave me stand and mud flaps free. The bike is really good, its quite easy to handle and the breaks are fabulous, so far I've not encountered any major deficiencies in this bike.

Other bike outlets which sell Canondales are 1. Kohinoor cycles, Bandra 2. Gear , Bandra. Canondale is being imported into India by TI cycles, am sure BSA outlets ( TracK & Trail ) also would be selling this.

If you need further assistance feel free to call me on my mobile # 9930419494.

Regards,

R V L

Hi Rajesh,

Hope your cold is ok now.
Get well soon.

Ultimately there were just 3 of us today.
Nehal, Ashish and me.
By the way, I purchased a helmet from the Firefox Thane shop you had recommended. Mr. Jo. said you had taken Prowels helmet and I took the same.

Yeah, there isn't much traffic in Montana. One can easily ride a 100km pass and not encounter traffic. Nice to meet you!

hey rajesh...
i am sure the borivali group is alive and well...its just that we dont know where all we are and when n where we ride...
also trouble is that altough its supposed to be a group for riders based in an around Borivali, the group has a lot of other members which doesnt give us a clear picture of our members...
I am in the process of building a database of borivali based riders...we will have more events planned, sure u will be able to join us on more of these ...
cheers...

Sounds good Rajesh. Except for Divya I don't think too many folks on the forum have been riding that side. Lets touch base with each other if we go there

Hi Rajesh.I saw that you recently did a ride near Lonavla. I am keen to ride around Lonavala sometime. Lets see if we can tie up some time. The ride from Lonavla to Pawna is 15 km and its a great ride.

Rajesh, I bought 2-3 of them (I can rarely be bothered doing laundry daily when I travel), and had them shipped over with a few other things from Pricepoint. So the shipping got amortized over more items. Check Pricepoint - their shipping may be cheaper. $30 for shipping a pair of shorts seems a bit high... $15-20 may be more in order. Also check with the vendor to see if they will charge shipping at actuals, rather than at the Ebay-generated price.

As an alternative, check out the Endura Humvee shorts at Evans. These have the benefit that you can swap out the inner chamois. I prefer the fabric of the Ponderosas, but the Humvees are pretty robust and have handled many falls, scrapes, etc without any damage either.
