look i dont want to scare u or nor shud u stop ur games tat suddenly u shud decrease the intensity n the best advice wud get urself assessed by a physio or any ortho atleast once to confirm wit the prob ok
the sound whic u r describin indicates a loose body in ur knee joint it can be bec meniscal injury so better consult a ortho for a clear diagnosis u may hav to tak a x ray or MRI to confirm the diagnosis .
hello , actually first tell what is priority ur weight gain or knee pain , acc to me i guess its ur knee whic is most imp concern , nw i wud like to when is the pain aggrevating or is it a continuous pain , n jus note whic activity while cyclin causes u more pain n does ur pain at a certain pt while cyclin stops u to move further , is the knee cap helpin u , pls do not tak this knee pain lightly bec tat might tak u away frm ur passion i.e cyclin bec precaution is better than cure
n regarding ur wt is concerned ur bmi shows u r underwt but ur body fat % index shws u hav a atheletic body so do nt worry much abt it but yes u shud tak gud amt of proteins n carbs in ur diet n work on ur endurance ok best of luck n tak care
